Kathy has been involved in education and organizational development for 35 years. She has been a class teacher and administrator at the Austin Waldorf School and has served on several nonprofit boards. She is especially interested in how nonprofit board members can work more effectively in meeting the mission and vision of the organization. She currently serves as a court appointed CASA volunteer representing children in foster care. She is inspired by curiosity, lifelong learning, and human potential.
Kathy has been a Spacial Dynamics student since 2003 and is a Level III candidate. Through Spacial Dynamics she has found that movement is a key to finding oneself and the other and enlivening the spaces in-between for the good of all.
