Chuck Haefner - Recording Secretary
Chuck was born and raised in a small town in north central PA. He served in the army during the Vietnam conflict between 1969 and 1972. After being honorably discharged when the war ended, he started working in the corrugated box industry. He advanced from customer service manager to operations manager and finally to general manager of a plant in Richmond VA. Later he joined HRMS, Inc. as a consultant, moved to Chicago and currently holds the position of Operations Manager. The company was recently acquired by Solarsoft for Packaging. He acquired a BA in Business Administration in 1981 and an MBA in 1996, graduating with honors.
In 1999, he joined the teacher training program at Arcturus in Chicago, graduating in 2002. During this time, he met Jaimen at a seminar and started SD training in 2000. He graduated from IS 5 in 2005, Bothmer, Level II and Level III in November 2010. Prior to graduation from IS5, he was introduced to several FHMS board members and joined the board shortly thereafter, currently holding the position of Treasurer.
